Leisure Activities Anguilla is home to seven marine parks and some of the best beaches in the world, owing to the many miles of spectacular, white powder sand and tranquil, crystal clear waters that range in color from aquamarine to cobalt blue. Their pristine beauty is marked by unique rock and coral formations and picturesque plant life. Swimming, diving, snorkeling, boating, parasailing, paddle boating, sailing, and windsurfing are aquatic activities available at beaches around the island. Anguilla is one of the Caribbean’s premier locations for snorkeling and diving. The transparent waters surrounding the island will reveal brightly colored fish, living limestone walls, and numerous shipwrecks.
