Last month, Saint James School of Medicine made a donation to the Blossom Centre. The Blossom Centre focuses on caring for children with special needs. AMSA President, Christos A. Haralampus, stated that upon visiting last year, the students were deeply affected by the children and the work of the Blossom Centre. As a result, the Blossom Centre was very happy with their donation. It is donations like these that help them continue providing education and therapeutic programmes and services to children with special needs in Anguilla, stated Renuka Harringan, Founder of the Arijah Children’s Foundation, the non-profit fundraising organization for the Blossom Centre.
