Vaccines injuries compensation programs in different countries

        We are in year 3 of a pandemic, and we have vaccines – so far 3 types are approved in the US, and 9 are sitting in the line. As always, there are many pros- and cons- immunization. But the most heated debates are related to putative side effects and injuries caused by different types of vaccines. In the US, we have 2 options for resolving vaccine injury claims. The first that provides compensation to people found to be injured by certain vaccines is a traditional tort system. The second one is federal “The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)”. And how is it in other countries?  A curious group of students decided to investigate.
