“Is medical school dangerous?” is a question parents and students sometimes ask. And answers usually address external circumstances: workload, moving, getting married, breakups, parenting, financial stress, time management… leading to burnout, depression, emotional and physical exhaustion. What we rarely ask ourselves is: what is our own contribution to unhealthy living? The big one is a lifestyle, as you will see from the survey conducted nationwide by SVG students:
