These are some of our available scholarships for incoming students.
MCAT Scholarships
Dr. Jay K. Pandit Memorial Scholarship
Full tuition scholarship
Criteria:
Score of 510+ on MCAT taken within 36 months of anticipated start date.
Award:
• During Basic Sciences, the student will receive a full scholarship on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Scholarship will exclude fees (i.e. NBME Fee, Development Fee, Maintenance Fee, Library Fee and Lab Fee).
• During Clinical Sciences, the student will receive a full scholarship on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Scholarship will exclude fees (i.e. NBME Fee and Hospital Surcharge Fee).
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'Dr. Jay K. Pandit Memorial Scholarship' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
Dr. Bruce Davidson Memorial Scholarship
50% off/Basic Science semester
Criteria:
Score of 495+ on MCAT taken within 36 months of anticipated start date.
Award:
• During Basic Sciences, student will receive a scholarship equivalent to a 50% discount on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Scholarship will exclude fees (i.e. NBME Fee, Development Fee, Maintenance Fee, Library Fee and Lab Fee).
• During Clinical Sciences, student will receive a fixed $1,500 scholarship per semester.
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'Dr. Bruce Davidson Memorial Scholarship' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
Provost Scholarship
$2,500 (ANG) and $2,000 (SVG) Basic Science Semester
Criteria:
Score of 485-494 on MCAT taken within 36 months of anticipated start date.
Award:
• During Basic Sciences, the student will receive a scholarship equivalent to a $2,500/$2,000 discount on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Amount based off campus.
• No award will be given during the Clinical Sciences.
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'Provost Scholarship' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
MCAT Examinee Award
$750 one-time
Criteria:
Student must have taken the MCAT within 36 months of anticipated start date and not been awarded another MCAT related scholarship.
Award:
• Students who meet the above mentioned criteria will receive $750 credit on their financial account to be used towards their first semester tuition.
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'MCAT Examinee Award' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
Merit-based Scholarships
Director’s Scholarship
$1,250 (ANG) and $1,000 (SVG) Basic Science Semester
Criteria:
Minimum weighted average GPA of 3.60/4.00 in a field of Physical Sciences or Life Sciences from previous academic institutions.
Award:
• During Basic Sciences, the student will receive a scholarship equivalent to a $1,250/$1,000 discount on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Amount based off campus.
• No award will be given during Clinical Sciences.
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'Director’s Scholarship' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
Advanced Degree Scholarship
$1,250 (ANG) and $1,000 (SVG) Basic Science Semester
Criteria:
Student must have an advanced academic degree (i.e. Masters or higher) in a field of Physical Sciences or Life Sciences from an accredited institution.
Award:
• During Basic Sciences, the student will receive a scholarship equivalent to a $1,250/$1,000 discount on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Amount based off campus.
• No award will be given during Clinical Sciences.
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'Advanced Degree Scholarship' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
Medical Professionals Scholarship
$2,000 (ANG) and $1,500 (SVG) Basic Science Semester
Criteria:
Students must have prior career experience in a select medical field.
Award:
• During Basic Sciences, the student will receive a scholarship equivalent to a $2,000/$1,500 discount on tuition for the duration of this portion of the program. Amount based off campus.
• No award will be given during Clinical Sciences.
• All applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the 'Medical Professionals Scholarship' will be awarded the scholarship, so long as they submit the application and supporting documentation (Explained below).
